The Espresso.

A single shot, pulled in front of you.
Held for thirty seconds before the first sip.

Ninety minutes. Then the door.

— On the counter

Bisik was opened in 2024 by Reza Halim, formerly of Tippling Club, after taking the Singapore National Coffee Championship the same year.

The room holds eight seats, one counter, and one machine. There is no menu board, no takeaway, no second pour without intent. Each session is built the morning of, against the beans on the bar.

The name means whisper — Malay, soft, the way a good cup arrives.
